1. This Online Portal is to facilitate existing Canteen Smart Cards holders to apply online for replacement of Grocery, Liquor, and Dependent canteen smart card(s).

2. Following CSD beneficiaries are required to apply through physical application forms through Canteen:-

  • All first time applicants/ new applicants.

  • Beneficiaries not in possession of PAN Card.

  • ESM with Service below 5 years.

  • Marital Discord Cases.

  • BRO/GREF/Assam Rifles/SFF/Coast Guard Serving and Retiered Personnel

  • Serving Defence Civilians on Deputation.

  • Serving & Retired Defence Civilians Persons of Directorate of Ordinance.

  • Serving & Retired Defence Civilians Persons of NCC/Sainik School

  • Widow/NoK in all categories

  • Veer Nari/ Next of Kin of Battle Casualty (Fatal).

  • Differently abled Dependent Children


1. यह ऑनलाइन पोर्टल मौजूदा कैंटीन स्मार्ट कार्ड धारकों को ग्रोसरी, लीकोर और आश्रित ( Dependent) कैंटीन स्मार्ट कार्ड (कार्डों) के बदलने के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने की सुविधा प्रदान करने के लिए है।

2. निम्नलिखित लाभार्थियों को यूआरसी (URC) के माध्यम से फिजिकल (physical) CSD आवेदन पत्र ( Application Form) के माध्यम से आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता है:-

  • सभी पहली बार आवेदक / नए आवेदक

  • जिन लाभार्थियों के पास पैन कार्ड(PAN Card) नहीं है

  • ESM - 5 वर्ष से कम सेवा वाले

  • वैवाहिक कलह मामले।

  • बीआरओ/जीआरईएफ/असम राइफल्स/एसएफएफ/कोस्ट गार्ड (BRO/GREF/Assam Rifles/SFF/Coast Guard) के सेवारत एवं सेवानिवृत्त कार्मिक

  • प्रतिनियुक्ति (Deputation) पर सेवारत Defence Civilians

  • आयुध निदेशालय (Directorate of Ordinance) के सेवारत एवं सेवानिवृत्त Defence Civilians

  • NCC/सैनिक स्कूल के सेवारत एवं सेवानिवृत्त Defence Civilians

  • सभी श्रेणियों में विधवा/निकटतम संबंधी

  • वीर नारी और बैटल कैजुअल्टी (घातक) परिजन

  • दिव्यांग आश्रित बच्चे
